Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Forge. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of products ordered through our website.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (exclusions may apply).

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order are a flat rate determined by The Forge and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates will be provided to you upon checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or outside of the United States as of yet.

Shipping Carriers

  • We use UPS and USPS for our shipping services.

Delivery Delays

  • The Forge is not liable for any delay in delivery once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving any delivery issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • The Forge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We encourage customers to ensure the delivery address provided is secure and accurate.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges incurred for customs clearance. The Forge has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

  • The Forge reserves the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.
